Challenges: Client had dropped from the number one position in Canada wide sales to number three over a course of two years. D&A was approached with an opportunity present a plan to client that would get them back on top.

Results: D&A Communications Ltd presented a plan after a comprehensive consultation and evaluation of the client that resulted in a increase of its sales force performance by 900% in the first year alone. Within six months of impersonation sales went from 1,500 per month to 10,000 a month representing a estimated net increase of $100,000,000 per annum.
