Case Three: Growth Management, Strategic and Tactical Planning, Specialized Management and Recruitment and Corporate Training and Communications

Challenges: Start up company with tremendous potential needing assistance in management training and recruitment of its sales force and customer service department for the Ontario region.

Results: Working in conjunction with owners D&ACOMM created a management infrastructure and implemented a company wide Recruitment and Management Training Program. Sales force was increased from 40 to 250 personnel over a two year period.

D&ACOMM helped client achieve over 50 million dollars in sales over the period of the contract.

Challenge: Clients from various sectors required assistance and expertise in setting up centers for recruitment and training purposes ie, Centers and Excellence, Recruitment and Training Centers, Universities etc..)
