Case Five: Strategic and Tactical Planning, Executive Management Development and Specialized Management and Recruitment

Challenges: A new Canadian company needed assistance in its general recruitment strategy to staff and implement start up operations for Ontario and later Western Canada.
Results: D&ACOMM provided management and recruitment services for the client in start of its operation. Then from 2005 to 2007 D&ACOMM implemented strategy that enabled the client to achieve target busting growth and achieve leadership in the Ontario market.
D&ACOMM planned and facilitate in the opening of five new branch offices for the client in London, Mississauga, Oshawa, Windsor and Ottawa.

Industry Type: Customer Relations for Multinational Company
Challenges: Previous management had disbanded and outsourced Customer Relations and Service to a third party vendor. This resulted in negative feedback from both media and customers and reduced overall quality control and effectiveness.
Results: After reviewing the old system D&ACOMM planned and implemented new and cutting edge technology that enabled the company to regain control of its Customers Relations and Service in a cost efficient yet very effective manner.
